Top 5 High-Income Skills You Need To Learn To Become A Millionaire In 2022

As we advance into the future, we're constantly seeing new, innovative ideas sprouting from thin air.

Not only are these mere ideas, but they're also massive opportunities for the masses.

A few years ago, crypto became mainstream and started to turn average, everyday people into almost-overnight millionaires.

Although the hype is not yet over and that golden streak still continues to this day, the torch will continue to be passed down to new skills and new business opportunities.

We're living in a time where new millionaires are being created, daily, from things people looked down on before.

Thousands of people are making millions from the comfort of their own homes.

Thousands of people are earning a comfortable living whilst traveling the world as 'digital nomads.'

Many people are starting small businesses from home and out-earning their parents, friends, and teachers.

The traditional path of the 9-5 no longer bears the same weight it did before.

People are slowly starting to jump ship when they realize that their whole life, they've blindly followed a status-quo that is far out of tune with today's times.

In this article, we're going to be discussing the top 5 high-income skills you need to learn to be a millionaire in 2022.

Remember: You only need 1 to be a millionaire.

Digital marketing

Digital marketing is becoming increasingly popular as more businesses start to see the power in marketing online.

There are so many ways to advertise online, that it's almost impossible not to be able to grow your business online.

Let's take a look at some of your biggest options.

If you're more direct to consumer and want to make sales quickly, you've got advertising platforms like Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and more.

I've made a video talking about alternative marketing channels that are oftentimes overlooked.

These channels above outperform the typical way of marketing like sending out flyers, using TV ads, or even billboards.

Business owners are realising that they're able to increase their margins whilst also attracting more customers simply by making the shift to the digital landscape.

With that, however, many challenges arise for the business owner - who will take care of this completely new marketing channel?

If they spend time learning it, they're no longer leveraging the 80/20 rule.

If they completely take their attention off of what's currently working, they'll be losing business and they're not 100% sure if this will even work.

They could hire a team of in-house marketers, but those are massive costs incurred for something they're not 100% sure about.

At this point in time, there's a lot of doubt and skepticism in the air.

This is where you can step in with your expertise and help show them how online marketing can benefit their businesses.

You simply need to choose one service out of the many services available in order to succeed.

My favorite are social media marketing and SEO.

These two marketing strategies are extremely powerful in their own way and can lead to massive growth for any business.

I've talked a lot about starting a social media marketing agency before.

You can even start a profitable SEO agency within a week by following the same principles.

Eventually (or even immediately), you're able to build an A-Team to help scale your business without needing you to spend extra hours.

The benefits of starting a marketing agency are amazing.

The power of good copywriting is extremely valuable.

Let's imagine, for a second, that you're a massive eCommerce company with over 100,000 email subscribers.

For the sake of this explanation, we're going to stick with this number.

Now let's assume that you currently get an open rate of 20% and a conversion rate of 1% for every email you send to your list.

Now let's also assume that this product costs $50 on average.

Therefore, for each email you send, you're able to convert 200 email subscribers into customers.

At a price point of $50 per item, this can easily equal $10,000.

A simple email makes you $10,000.

All of a sudden, you decide to hire a copywriter/email marketer.

This guy or gal is able to increase your open rate by 5%, making it 25%.

When they increase your open rate, you're also getting a slightly higher conversion rate of 1.2%.

For the same item, instead of making $10,000 from one email, you're now making 300 sales.

Therefore, 300x50 is $15,000.

Do you see how a small difference in your open rate and conversion rates make a huge difference?

How perfecting your product's messaging can pay off massively?

Copywriting is vastly different from everyday writing.

My articles are using a style of writing that seamlessly flows to make you keep reading and become successful.

If I had something to sell, I would use a slightly different writing technique.

There are some great books you can read in order to learn about copywriting.

For example, a really popular one is 'Ogilvy on Advertising.'

Conversely, there are also a ton of online resources to use.

Copywriting is a lot different from what you're used to already.

I suggest finding some big brands or great marketers and looking through their Facebook ads to learn the style of writing they use.

Sales is a skill I dislike a lot.

When I first started my marketing agency, I didn't consider how important sales was.

Initially, I had thought that all I really needed was a service and businesses will flock to me like chickens being chased by a fox.

However, once my partner and I started to do our outreach, we realised how we've done everything but neglected our mindset and sales altogether.

On sales calls, I was terrified.

Something so big and life-changing was in my grasp, I was losing composure.

Although I had done door-to-door sales previously, this was on a different level.

After all, I was doing this all for myself and not for anyone else.

Luckily for me, I don't need to be The Wolf of Wallstreet in order to be good at sales.

There are certain techniques and small tricks you can implement into your sales calls in order to have a much better chance of success.

In fact, in many cases, Jordan Belfort's strategies will not work as well as you'd think.

Sales is a delicate process that one must master to be successful at their craft.

People pay massive amounts of money for good salespeople.

Let's say I still ran my agency - every meeting I have lined up is worth up to $5000 or more per month for my business.

If a client stays for an average of 8 months, that's $40,000 in topline revenue added.

Therefore, I can easily pay someone 50% of the first month in order to close this deal for us.

In fact, in my article on building an A-Team for your marketing agency, the salesperson is a key character.

Good salespeople work on a commission basis.

You can learn sales, but it's more important to master your mindset first.

How good you are at sales all comes down to your mindset.

After a few months of fearing sales calls, I started to be a little calmer doing them.

I stopped following a script word for word and just started to have conversations with the people I was on the call with.

Different people have different styles of selling - if you want to be a great salesperson, go and figure out yours.

Software development

Software developers are amongst some of the most sought-after people right now.

The tech industry is booming bigger than ever and new companies are emerging every day.

Software developers are being paid upwards of $200 per hour to develop massive tech projects.

When I was looking for software developers to help bring Hawk Prospecting to life, I was receiving quotes as high as $60,000.

Although this seemed absurd to me, it could have been a done deal for another party.

People are paying tens of thousands to improve their tech companies, increase their company's efficiencies, or even start a new company.

All of this is possible with the help of software - and those who understand it are the ones who are reaping the rewards.

There are a few different options here.

You can:

Although no-code is a lot faster, you can be a lot more restricted with the sort of products you're able to develop.

The best option in my opinion is option B, to gather the right talent to start an agency.

As a software developer or a development agency owner, 2 projects a year can potentially net you a 6-figure paycheck.

Now imagine if you're able to get a project a month? Even 2 projects a month?

Software developers, like any other skill in the world, will quickly become more and more popular.

With simple supply and demand, that means that as the supply of developers rises, the price of developers may fall considering the fact that demand doesn't rise as fast.

Therefore, if software is a passion of yours, or if you're interested in giving software development a shot, I urge you to start soon so that 2022 can be a wonderful year.

The metaverse.

These are seemingly abstract concepts to many people, including me.

I still don't fully understand how everything works in the crypto realm.

There is so much room to make millions, even billions in this space that it's insane.

Not long ago, there was an uproar when one of the biggest NFT artists, Beeple, sold a JPEG for $69 million.

A simple digital image for almost $100 million.

Tory Lanez, a Canadian rapper, rumored that he made $1 million in less than a minute by selling digital NFT versions of his album.

Benyamin Ahmed, a 14-year old kid, made over $400,000 in under 9 hours by creating an NFT collection.

Finally, not long ago, a digital megayacht sold for almost $800,000 in the Metaverse.

When in a thousand years did we ever think that something like this will be possible?

When did we ever believe that we'll be able to make money by selling online drawings?

Normal people are becoming literal overnight millionaires from something so strange, something so basic, that the whole world doesn't know how to react.

In fact, the whole world still doesn't want to accept the fact that these changes are happening, but it's important to embrace this change and go with it.

Cryptocurrency is bigger than ever, and it will only continue to grow bigger and bigger.

It's in our best interests to understand what's happening and leverage it to our advantage.

Those were the top 5 high-income skills you need to learn to become a millionaire in 2022.

It's important to understand that everything on this list can make you a millionaire.

You don't need to learn all 5 - you only need one.

Just one simple skill can take you from 0 to 7, 8, maybe even 9 figures.

The bigger you think, the more creative you'll get.

How To Write The Ultimate 1-page Business Plan To Go From 0 to $1 million

How To Write The Ultimate 1-page Business Plan To Go From 0 to $1 million I remember when I started Condensr , my very first tech company. It was drastically different than anything else I've ever tried. Before that, I've done things like dropshipping and e-commerce , I tried forex , and I tried running a marketing agency . Those things require a lot less research than something like a tech-based company . They're simple, replicable businesses (generally). However, Condensr was different. I spoke to a bunch of people about it and was worried people will steal my idea - it never really happened. Tracing back, I remember a common trend taking place when I spoke to people about the business. "Do you have a business plan" they'd all tell me. "no...?" I answered back confused. "I have a pitch deck ..." A business plan is a 30-100 page document that outlines everything your business is going to do over its lifetime to accomplish its goals . It

What Is An NFT And How Do They Work [Complete Guide On NFTs]

What Is An NFT And How Do They Work [Complete Guide On NFTs] If you've been on the internet at some point over the last year, you may have heard of this new thing that's taken the internet by storm. While a minority of people know what they are and how exactly they work, the majority of the world seems to be allergic to this new 'trend,' as they call it. You may have realised that I am yet to write a single article on my blog about NFTs and what they are exactly. Although I've released a youTube video describing them briefly , there was a lot of information withheld for the simple fact that NFTs were brand new to me. In general, I dislike jumping on trends and would rather make evergreen content , or work on evergreen ideas with long-term sustainability . However, after taking a closer look at the world of NFTs and learning more about their concept, it's starting to seem like NFTs are not just a 'fad' and actually something worth looking into. The Big Difference Between Building a Brand vs Building a Business [Long-Term vs Short-Term Thinking]

The Big Difference Between Building a Brand vs Building a Business Imagine you've just clicked on an eCommerce guide to building an online dropshipping business . The first thing you're told to do is find your products , then your supplier , and finally, start selling your products through paid advertising . 99% of business ' gurus ' teach this style of business - this is exactly how business works. Building a business is not a difficult process at all - you figure out what you're offering, you figure out how you'll supply it to your audience, then you go out and find those who want it. However, a brand is something different , it's another organism in and of itself. It's the difference between Coca-Cola and the unbranded fizzy drink in your local supermarket. Where a business goes out to find new customers, a brand focuses on the people it already has in its circle to create value. A brand focuses on maintaining contact with those that it touches. Up u
